- An Ordinance Imposing Health Protocols for Returning Albueranos who are Recepients of the Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-asa (BP2) Program, Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI's), Returning Overseas Filipino Workers (ROFW's), including Walk-in Individuals herein, and providing for penalties for Violation thereof.

Municipal Ordinance No. 4, Series of 2020- An Ordinance Temporarily Banning the Sale and Delivery of Liquor, and regulating the consumption of the same in the Municipality of Albuera, Leyte to promote social distancing while the entire Municipality is under Community Quarantine.
Municipal Ordinance No. 3, Series of 2020- An Ordinance Prohibiting the Harassment, Violence, and/or any form of Discrimination against persons who are confirmed Covid19 cases, persons who have recovered from Covid19, persons under investigation (PUIs), and persons under monitoring (PUMs), and against Health Workers, Frontliners, OFWs, and persons whose employment has called them to report for duty during this time of Public Health Emergency, and imposing penalties therefore.
